Yesterday our CTE classes collaborated to pull off a charcuterie surprise for our high school staff. The FFA students made the cutting boards with Mr. Pendergrass. The FBLA students worked on the packaging and labels with Mrs. Chapman. The FCCLA and FACS students worked on the food prep and assembly with Mrs. Sallee. The staff was then surprised with the charcuterie boards and a fresh baked loaf of bread. We plan to collaborate until all staff members have been honored.
