We have been super busy with FCCLA getting ready for our upcoming regional competition and the Christmas season. Students have been learning to make and can jelly using a water bath canner. We tried out several recipes for our Christmas booth. All were delicious and will pair well with a charcuterie board! We had to taste them all. FCCLA prepared and served a delicious to-go meal for our athletes before their game and worked on merchandise to help get our student body in the dress up spirit.
